Q: How do I change my background/font/Grade level etc?
A: Click Settings, choose your details. Scroll to the bottom. Click Save.
Q: How do I print my weekly planner?
A: Right hand side, click the drop down PDF button, and select full week or select days.
A: We offer the option of printing the “Full Lesson Text” Those lessons print out after the first two decorative pages. These pages will show ALL of your detailed lessons if you write a lot in the boxes and it truncates off. If you only want the first two pages, then don’t click that box. The planbook will shrink down to fit on two pages. So the more boxes you have, the smaller they will become to fit on two pages.
Q: My Planbook is printing small. What do I do?
A: Depending on the number of lesson boxes you are adding to your planner, it will make the font small. One thing to note, if you were using a paper planner, there is only a certain amount of space you have to write on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. So when you are creating your planbook and then printing it… it still can only print on that size paper.. so it will make it smaller to fit it all. Ideally… if you have 5-6 main lesson boxes and a few “blockout time slots” it should print nicely on your paper. But if you have a lot of lesson boxes (with text), it will smoosh down to fit on your paper… there is no way around that. In a typical paper planner, you have 5-6 lesson boxes vertically… so that’s how the planner works as well. When you are printing, you have the option to print ALL of the text….so that will print out detailed pages after the first two decorative pages.

A: We will never request your password or other personal information through email unless you have reached out to support with a login problem. So it is likely a phishing scam.

A: You can remove your email address from a particular list by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email you receive.
